Booking & Deposits

A deposit is required to confirm your place on any tour. Your booking is only secured once we have received your deposit and issued a written confirmation. The balance of your tour is due no later than 90 days before departure.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation charges apply from the date we receive your written notice and increase as the departure date approaches. Deposits are non-refundable. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is a condition of travel on all of our tours. Your policy should cover cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation and personal belongings for the full duration of your trip.

Health & Fitness

Our tours are designed for solo travellers over 50 and involve a moderate amount of walking. Please advise us of any medical conditions or mobility requirements at the time of booking.

Changes to Itineraries

Itineraries are correct at the time of publication but may change due to weather, availability or circumstances beyond our control. We will always do our best to provide a comparable alternative.
